33 Percent of KDMPs in Cilegon Have Their Own Buildings, Wait for a Manager from the Center
CILEGON, DISWAY, ID, PENANUSA.id – A total of 14 units of the Red and White Village Cooperative (KDMP) in Cilegon City are recorded as having their own buildings or buildings that are ready to operate. However, this figure only covers around 33 percent of the total 43 KDMPs that have been established in the Cilegon City area.
Head of the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Dinkop-UKM) Cilegon Suhendi explained that from the initial target of building construction of 22 units, only part of it has been completed to date.
"There are 22 buildings that have been built, but there are 14 that have just been completed," said Suhendi, Monday (3/8).

Suhendi said that his party is targeting the remaining physical construction of the other KDMP buildings to be completely completed by next September so that these facilities can immediately function optimally.
Meanwhile, for KDMP which does not yet have a permanent building, temporary operational activities are still based in a number of alternative locations, such as shophouses, residents' houses and rental kiosks.
"The construction will not be done simultaneously, hopefully by September all the construction will be finished," he concluded.
