The Head of Batulayang Village, Iwan Setiawan, expressed his gratitude for the achievement of his village in making it into the top seven and bringing the name of Bogor Regency to the event.

"Thank God, Batulayang Tourism Village is in the top seven at the West Java Province level and represents Bogor Regency. We are grateful to have been given the trust to take part in this competition," said Iwan.

According to him, the interview and judging process is an opportunity for the Batulayang Tourism Village to show its potential, excellence and efforts to develop village-based tourism that have been carried out so far.

Iwan hopes that, through these stages, Batulayang Tourism Village can penetrate the top three and become the best candidate who has the right to represent West Java Province at the national level.

"Our hope is that from the top seven we can enter the top three, then become the best at the provincial level. Because, in the future only one candidate will represent West Java at the national level," he said.
